Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of the Watchnext app. They are short on purpose. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Watchnext. If you are under 13, please do not create an account.
Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password private. Use accurate information when you sign up, and let us know if you believe someone else has accessed your account.
Acceptable use
Keep it friendly. In particular, do not:
- Abuse the AI features — for example, attempting to make them generate harmful content or using them for anything other than their purpose in the app.
- Attempt to bypass usage limits, rate limits, or other technical restrictions.
- Harass other users, impersonate someone else, or access data that is not yours.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
Content and ownership
Movie and TV metadata shown in the app — titles, posters, descriptions — belongs to The Movie Database (TMDB) and its licensors.
This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
Notes and recommendations you write remain yours. By sending them through Watchnext, you allow us to store and deliver them to the friends you address them to.
AI-generated copy
Some text in the app is generated by AI — match blurbs and suggested recommendation wording. It is assistive and may be imperfect, incomplete, or occasionally wrong. Treat it as a starting point, not a statement of fact.
The service
Watchnext is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep it reliable, but we cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and features may change or be discontinued.
Termination
You can stop using Watchnext at any time and delete your account from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put the service or other users at risk.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
